Operation Optimization of Circulating Cooling Water System Based on Adaptive Differential Evolution Algorithm

Abstract The circulating cooling water system (CCWS) is a commonly used auxiliary in industrial production, and it also one of the main energy-consuming systems. operating conditions vary with temperature changes caused by seasons, day night, causing different energy consumption. If still maintains when actual change, would be wasted. Operation optimization for can improve operation effect system, reduce consumption, increase efficiency. Therefore, through mechanism analysis components CCWS that has been put into use, an model established integrating domain knowledge. After that, adaptive differential evolution (ADE) algorithm proposed introducing mutation crossover operator to solve model. According minimum volume air required under working conditions, optimal start-up combination mode frequency pumps fans are determined. And then, opening values regulating valves baffles determined, thereby saving system. Considering knowledge, synchronous status realized. Finally, effectiveness method verified case study.
